I wish we had money to blow on an awesome trip to Ireland. *sigh*

OMG. I was just reading an article regarding the Ft. Hood shootings and who the "Hero" was. At first, it was one sole police officer and well, someone's grandma or something got upset because her grandson wasn't given any credit on his participation on taking down the shooter. WTF? Who cares who did it and whether or not they got credit for it. Why does everything have to turn into a race for fame or to get into the spotlight? Is it not enough that SOMEONE took this guy down and prevented him from killing so many other people? Sure, recognize who did it, thank them but don't get all butthurt because your grandson or whatever didn't get his name in the paper. That's just stupid. This is exactly what you sound like, " Why does she get all the credit? Huh? He shot him too, you know! He should get the spotlight too, you know!" I'm sure the guy is just gracious that he stopped this man. I don't think he cares too much about being in the spotlight for it. Ugh!

I absolutely despise people who pretend to be extreme. People that you JUST meet on or offline and start telling you who they are and make themselves sound sooo awesome. It bothers me. Stop trying make yourself SOUND crazy and murderous. It's not cool. It's sick.

Ugh! I hate talking to the airlines!!! We were on the phone with them for nearly two hours trying to work out our tickets and make it easier on ourselves. It would have been easier, but not easier on money! A grand more to leave a couple hours later! So, we kept our old ones and thought we caught my tickets before the refund. I got a call telling me otherwise. :(

LUCKILY, after 45 minutes on the phone with AA AGAIN, I have my reservation back again. Hooray! I can't wait to see everyone! Only 33 days, I think! :) I can't wait everyone to see Jude too! He's such a cutie.

My brother has been dating this girl with two kids. She's basically milking him for all he's worth. My mom is NOT happy about it and talked to this girl. Do you know what she said? She said "What if I let my husband have my kids? Could I date your son then?" Someone give me a shotgun!!!!! O.M.G. Srsly?!? What kind of IDIOT would give up her children for a guy she's known for like . . . a month? I read my hubby's sister's post about her baby and THAT is a totally different situation. She didn't do THAT for funsies. This bitch, however, is trying to just give her kids away for funsies. WTF?


Anyway, Christmas needs to hurry up and get here!!!

It's really cold today. I love it and I hope that it snows soon! I've been trying to figure out how to use the train here because that's how we're getting to Narita Airport in Tokyo. I'm really nervous about it and kind of makes me wish my in-laws were here to help out! Sad that they know more about the Japanese train system than I do and I LIVE here! Maybe it'll be the beginning a beautiful thing though. Learning the train system may trigger other adventures before our last year here is up. I still can't believe we only have one year left even! I think I need to make the Brownie recipe given by a certain Pisces. lol.
